Everest summit is one of the Seven Summits Home in dunia.Radhanath Sikdar, surveyors and mathematician from Bengal, was the first to declare Mount Everest as the highest peak in 1852 through trigonometric calculations. This calculation is performed using the theodolite from a distance of 150 miles away in India. Most people in India believe that the peak should be named according to Sikdar, not Everest.Gunung has a height of about 8,850 m, although there are variations in terms of size (both Nepal and the Chinese government has not officially endorsed this measure, the height of Mount Everest at 8,848 m is still considered by them). Mount Everest was first measured in 1856 has a height of 8839 m, but is stated as 8,840 m (29,002 feet). Additional 0.6 m (2 ft) shows that at that time the exact height of 29,000 feet will be considered as estimates are rounded. Commonly used estimate at this point is 8,850 m were obtained by reading the Global Positioning System (GPS).
